Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking for any service. This charge is forfeited should you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment with-in 24 hours. For any cancellations within the 24 hour period, a new deposit will be required prior to booking future appointments. Deposit is transferable via Vagaro, Our Online Booking System or Venmo @AG_BEAUTYCLINIC. NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS!
If a client fails to cancel or change an appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment (regardless of the reason) and fails to contact the business owner via email, call or text there will be a charge to the appointment holder (client) of 50% the original service fee that may be applied towards their next appointments service one time only and a new deposit will be required for booking.
